Infrastructure configuration

This list shows the high-level overview of the infrastructure configuration:
  • ION Configurations are required if you are using BODs
  • Set up Infor Ming.le to LSP connection (On-prem only)
    Note: This is automatically configured in cloud through provisioning.
    • Import the document flow defined within this guide
    • Add the relevant BODs as described in your ERP integration guide
  • Set up ERP to LSP connection
    • Import the document flow defined within this guide
    • Add the relevant BODs as described in your ERP integration guide
  • Connectivity configuration, if required, differs according to their functions:
    • LSP Web Services Gateway communicates with third parties using functionality in LSP
    • ION API communicates with third parties using functionality in InforOS
    • Tax Connector communicates with third parties using a separate on premise product
    • Third-party sets up your own lines of communication
      Note: For new tenants/installations created after 2021.08, you must perform the steps in Tenant Key Management.
  • IDM configuration, if required, will differ according to function
