Tenant Key Management

Note:  If LSP was provisioned/created in 2021.08 or later, you need to run this procedure.

To ensure the integrity and safety of sensitive data, a new administration form is now available to cycle the database master key on demand in line with your internal security policy. The database access key is used when encrypting sensitive data such as connectivity credentials.

  1. Select Administration > Connectivity.
  2. Select Tenant Key Management.
    A warning message is displayed.
  3. Click Cycle Tenant Keys then click Yes in the confirmation message.
  4. Click OK in the information message.
    Tenant key version and date refreshed must be updated.
