Setting up configurations

This form allows you to change the default job settings to your own requirements. Select a Service and function then click Load Configuration to load the default settings onto the form.

  1. In the Service Call Retries section, specify the sleep time in seconds for both the short and long interval retries.

    Occasionally, the web service may become temporarily unavailable, for example, due to maintenance. If this is the case, the controller will try to resubmit the request several times. Initially, this is done through the short retry interval. When all short retries are exhausted, the controller drops through to the long retry intervals. If all retries are exhausted, then the processing thread for that particular service is ended.

  2. Specify the intervals and attempts for each Service and select Save.
    Note: The Recoverability Message Retries is not supported in version 1.
