BOD does not display within LSP

Symptom: BOD data published by the ERP is not visible in LSP.

Cause: There could be several causes for this.

Perform these steps to troubleshoot the problem:
  • Verify in ION that the BODs were successfully published in your ERP.
    Note: To verify, review the DBO.Core_Inbox_Entry or DBO_COR_Inbox_Headers tables. If the status is 0, it has not been shredded to the LSP database yet. If its -1, it is currently being processed. If its 1, then the database has been updated.
  • Verify in ION that the document flow was successfully completed.
  • Restart the Infor Framework Services from Services:
    Note: Ensure that no users are currently using LSP. Otherwise, their sessions will be ended.
    1. Go to the LSP server.
    2. Run services.msc.
    3. Search for the Infor Framework Services then stop them all except IDO Runtime Service.
    4. Stop the IDO Runtime Service.
    5. Start the IDO Runtime Service.
    6. Start all the other services.
