Updating Mapping of data flows

As the product develops, some modifications may be required for each data flow mapping.

  1. Download the latest Infor OS from the co-requisites KB2321203 found in Related Documents in About this guide.
  2. Extract the zip file.
  3. Go to ION Desk > Connect > Mappings.
  4. Click the upload icon.
  5. Browse for the data flow that you must update, then click OK.
  6. Select the check box of the mapping that you must append, then click OK.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.
  8. Select the updated mapping.
  9. Approve the latest version.
  10. Go to data flows then re-activate the selected flow.
