Importing an LSP to ERP document flow

  1. In ION Desk, select Connect > Data Flows.
    A list of existing document flows is displayed.
  2. Click the Import button and browse for the document flow to be imported.
  3. Open the newly imported document flow.
  4. In the document flow, click the LSP out box
  5. Under Application Activity Properties, click Add.
  6. Select your LSP application connection point and click OK.
  7. Specify the selected LSP connection point to add BODs used in the document flow.

  8. In the document flow, click the GetRawData box.
  9. Under Mapping Properties, click Details.
  10. Under Versions click the Check button to approve the mapping.
  11. In the document flow, click the ERP box.
  12. Under Application Activity Properties, click the Add button.
  13. Select your ERP application connection point and click OK.
  14. Specify the selected ERP connection point to add BODs used in the document flow.

  15. Click Save.
  16. Return to the document flow.
  17. Click Activate.
    Connection points are not activated separately. When you activate a document flow, the associated connection points are activated.
