User group missing from Infor Ming.le

Note:  Applicable for both on-prem and cloud solutions.

Cause: Sync.SecurityRoleMaster was not consumed by Infor Ming.le

Solution: Manually add the role in Infor Ming.le:

  1. Access Infor Ming.le.
  2. Go to User Management.
  3. On the side pane, select Configure > Master Data Types > Security Roles.
  4. Click plus sign (+) or Add New Item.
  5. Specify the information from the User groups for the Name and Description fields.
  6. Click Save.

Moving forward resolution: Ensure that the integration between LSP and Infor Ming.le are set up correctly.
