Addenda Maintenance

You must set the Addenda name, version, and user-defined fields first before performing this task. For more information, see Addenda Maintenance Setup and Setting up the user-defined fields for Addenda.
  1. In the accordion panel on the left, click Settings.
  2. Select Mexico from the Accounting Entity list, then click Addenda Maintenance.
  3. To add a record:
    1. Click the upper ADD button.
    2. Specify this information:
      Customer ID
      Specify the customer ID.
      Addenda Name and Version
      Select a name and version from the drop-down list. For PEPSICO, specify AddendaPCO 2.0 as Addenda name and version.
    3. Click SAVE.
      The new record is added to the Addenda Maintenance list.
  4. To modify the details of a record:
    Note: You cannot modify a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
    1. Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list and click the upper MODIFY button.
    2. Select an Addenda Name and Version from the drop-down list.
    3. Click SAVE.
  5. To delete a record, select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list and click the upper DELETE button. Click SAVE.
    The record is deleted from the Addenda Maintenance list.
    Note: You cannot delete a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
