Submission process

There are several options available once the output file has been generated. Some of the options are stated in the introduction for each service, but you can find a more detailed view of all options available in the LSP Configuration and Administration Guide.

The most common options are:

Direct communication with a government or agency
Here the output is automatically forwarded to a third-party for onward processing. There are a variety of configurations for this option. But the standard LSP solution is the Web Services Gateway, an administrative function within LSP that manages all communication with an external resource.
Indirect communication with a third-party
Where automation with the third party is unavailable or undesirable, you can use ION to send the output party to another place.
Manual download

You can manually download all output generated in LSP. It can then be emailed or uploaded into a web portal as required.

Some services allow you to record these details from the Service Page in the Submission and Confirmation window.

Each method uses different statuses. See Document status.
