Changes to LSP post provisioning

It is possible that changes made to LSP were not in effect at the point when the tenant was provisioned and there may be a certain amount of work to bring them up to the current level. Use these links to review and check these details:
  • Tenant ID - The tenant on the BODs may differ from the tenant in LSP. The Tenant ID Management tool aligns all tenant ID records in your database. See Tenant ID Management.
  • The use of roles in LSP has become more granular, replacing the previous Admin and User roles. See User groups for a list of current roles.

    If LSP provisioning was done before the new roles came into effect.

  • Additional IDM fields may not have been in place before provisioning. See Connecting to Infor Document Management for details on how to set these up if they do not exist yet in your tenant.
  • If you have set up the certificates for connectivity prior to LSP 2020.11, you may need to perform the steps in Data Migration.
