About this guide

This guide describes the setup of Infor OS and Infor Localization Services Platform (LSP) for both cloud and on premises deployments.

ERP adoption

Note: The electronic messages and reports that are delivered by the Infor Localization Services cannot be used in isolation from an ERP. The ERP must publish or subscribe to the relevant BODs and be accredited to that particular function.

Use your ERP's documentation to find out which functions are supported. The information in the Localization Services documentation set should only be used when guided by your ERP.

Intended audience

This guide is for system administrators and cloud customer administrators who maintain the Infor Localization Services Platform (LSP).

 Describes the overview of LSP and the technical configuration that you should set, depending on the functionality you require to activate.

A technical diagram provides links to the sections in the document which describe how the configuration should occur.

Matrices show which sections are cloud or on premises, and which functionality uses which features.
Chapter 2 - Country configurations Describes the specific configuration instructions pertinent to a given country and function. You can use these in conjunction with the generic instructions given in the main body of this document.
Chapter 3 - Connecting to other products Describes the generic configuration to other Infor products.
Chapter 4 - Verifying the configuration Describes the hints and tips for verifying your configuration.
Chapter 5 - Administrative tasks Describes the generic LSP configuration.
Appendix A -Troubleshooting Describes the hints and tips for troubleshooting the common errors and problems.
