eInvoicing and Tax Reporting

New forms, Tax Invoice Status Maintenance in the Tax Reporting services, Invoice Status Maintenance in the eInvoicing services, and Ticket BAI Invoice Status Maintenance for TBAI in Spain allow you to manually change the status of a document to one of these:
  • Blank: Send the document again
  • Cancelled: Ignore the document (for example, no further action required)
  • Failed: Mark the document as failed so it will be regenerated
  • Registered: Mark the document as registered (complete)
Note: The new status is not currently sent back to your ERP so this may need to be manually updated.
