BOD View

A new Reprocess function allows failed BODs to be reprocessed without having to republish them from the ERP.

Document Inquiry

The look and feel of this form have been enhanced. These are the major changes made to this form:
  • A new status drop-down allows you to filter the documents displayed by generic status (All, Success, Fail).
    • Select the status to display the error log for documents with a Failed status.
    • The Third-Party Not Responding status has been renamed to Systems Error to align with the Service Page..
  • A new Date and Time Range drop-down allows you to filter the documents displayed by a time period (Last hour, last 24 hours, or with a selected date and time).
    • The Last Hour is determined using the local machine's current date and time.
  • The IDM column has been split into inbound and outbound columns so that you can see the status of each column separately.
Note: The Mexico outbound IDM status is not yet supported in this form.
  • A new Gateway Status column replaces the HTTP Details and IDOMethodlogs columns of the earlier version. You can select View to display the Gateway Status Form. You can use this form to view these information:
    • Connectivity: These are the IDOMethodlogs used in the communication to government and agency.
    • Gateway: These are the integration Logs, which control the Gateway processing.
    • HTTP Details: These are the technical details that were used in the communication to government and agency.

Document Recovery

This form has been updated to support post-document generation processes like IDM as well as communication with the government or agency.

You can choose which documents are currently being processed you want to view by selecting:
  • Connectivity: On-going communication to a government or agency are displayed.
  • Gateway: Other on-going processes, such as IDM, are displayed.

Service Page

The Third-Party Not Responding status code in the service pages has been renamed Systems Error to reflect its wider usage. For example, it may indicate a problem with post-output generation, which could be a configuration or in-house processing issue rather than a third-party issue.

Web Services Gateway

A new settings option on the main form allows you to override the default settings. You can select one of these options:
  • Gateway Recovery: Use this option to change the number of retries for a given process. The values given here apply to all documents currently being processed.
  • Connector Recovery: Use this option to display all the processes (IDO Methods) across all services for a selected country. You can then change the default number of retries for a given IDO Method.
  • Service Calls: Use this option to display all the HTTP service calls across all services for a selected country. You can then change the default configuration settings for a given service call.
