Submitting output files through a tax authority portal

  1. From the LSP Home page, select the Accounting Entity name from the list.
  2. Select the service type then click LAUNCH.
  3. On the service page, select the generated output file.
  4. Click Download.
  5. Save the XML or CSV file, as applicable.
  6. In the Status field of the generated file, click Ready to Submit.
  7. In the Submission and Confirmation window, perform these steps:
    1. Validate the generated XML or CSV file, as applicable. If applicable, click the link to go to the validation tool provided by the tax authority.
    2. Select the Done check box.
    3. Submit the output file through the tax authority portal. Click the link to go to the tax authority portal or website.
    4. Select the Done check box.
    5. If you receive a confirmation receipt number from the portal, in the Confirmation Receipt Number field, specify the receipt number.

      If the confirmation receipt number is not yet available, select the Not Applicable check box.

      Note: The status of the output file is changed to Submitted. After the receipt number is available, click this status and then update the Confirmation Receipt Number field.
    6. Optionally, specify any remarks for notes.
    7. Click Close.
      The Summary of Completion window is displayed.
  8. On the service page, verify that the status of the output file is changed to Closed & Complete.
