CSV Upload

You can use the CSV uploading feature to upload information from your system of records to the platform and generate the output required by the tax authority or government. Before you upload a CSV file, ensure that the CSV Mapping has been setup on your selected Transaction type.

Note: This option should only be used if you are using this function without Infor OS and BODs.

These are the transactions available for CSV uploading: Trial Balance, Chart Of Accounts, and Journal Transactions.

  1. Access the Mexico Statutory Auditing page.
  2. Click Routines.
  3. In the Transaction Processing field, select CSV Upload.
    Click Launch.
  4. In the Transaction Type field, select a transaction type.
    Click Upload.
    Note: The error can either be a CSV File Error or Internal Validation Error.

    The CSV File Error linkMeanwhile, the Internal Validation Error link is displayed if there is an issue with the data you are uploading, such as missing mandatory fields or an incorrect data type used.

  5. Drag and drop file or click Select File and browse for the file.
    Click Upload.

    If the CSV file has been successfully uploaded, an alert message that states that the file has been successfully upload will be displayed. If not, an error message is displayed. Click the Validation Error hyperlink text to view the Error Log File. You may also export the file by clicking the Export button.
