GL Transaction Report output

After you generate a GL Transaction report, you will receive an email with an attached report output in PDF file. Infor Localization Services Platform generates records based on selected parameters.

This table shows the report output with this Header information:

User ID ID of the user logged in Infor Localization Services Platform

In all countries, it is mandatory to produce standard GL Transaction Reports in varying formats which list transactions by account. The nature of core transactional data required is broadly the same across all requirements, but different formats allow for the variety of reporting.

To meet the requirements of multiple countries, these report formats should be prepared:

GL Transaction Report - Base Currency

This is a standard accounting listing in base currency that shows an ongoing balance only. It is broadly the same as the Turkish ledger report format (TR1003) but without the Protocol Number and the layout is simpler.

Debits and Credits are in separate columns. Only the Base Currency Amounts are shown.

Sort order: The sort order of the transactions is the accounting date order within an accounting period within each account.

Summarization: Debit and credit totals are required for each period, and a grand total is required for each account.

GL Transaction Report - Multiple Currencies

This listing shows up to three currency values. Debits and Credits are in separate columns.

Sort order: The sort order of the transactions is the accounting date order within an accounting period within each account.

Summarization: Debit and credit totals are required for each period, and a grand total is required for each account.

GL Transaction Report - Base Currency with Dimensions

This is a standard accounting listing in base currency only with descriptive data that is read from dimensions.

Debits and Credits are in separate columns.

Sort order: The sort order of the transactions is the accounting date order within an accounting period within each account.

Summarization: Debit and credit totals are required for each period, and a grand total is required for each account.
