The document list shows the generated documents. The available column headers depend on the selected function.

| Document Number | The assigned control number for the document |
| Period From | The start date that is set by the user during output generation |
| Period to | The end date that is set by the user during output generation |
| Remarks | Additional information about the output file or submission |
| Status | The document status |
| Submitted By | The user who submitted the output file |
| Submitted Date | The date when the file was submitted to the submission body |
| Submitted To | The submission body for or recipient of the file |
