GEMS (ION) deployment

For both cloud or on-premises deployment, the document flows must be retrieved from Infor Support Portal and manually uploaded into ION Desk, where they can then be configured accordingly.

Note: Ensure that any available packages are installed, so that you are at the latest fix level for your respective deployment. The accredited level is shown in the Resolved Issues document. For cloud deployment, you need to ensure that ION is at the same release level as GEMS before importing new messages. For on-premise deployment, the minimum release level is currently 12.0.40.
