  1. Ensure that the Context in ION API Suites and LSP Connector Setup matches.
  2. Ensure that the Proxy Context for each endpoint matches the Path in LSP Connector Setup.

  3. Check the IOP API Setup and verify if the certificate is uploaded correctly and with the right credentials.

  4. Create a dummy Suite and Methods in LSP Connector Setup.
    Note: This does not apply to Connector Setup v2.
    1. Add the dummy in the list of ION API Setup for that specific Accounting Entity that you have already added an ION API setup before.
    2. Set the dummy Suite to Active and delete the existing Suite.
    3. Add the recently set up Suite and set it to Active.
    4. Delete the dummy Suite.
