Identifier already exists for mode production / testing

Cause:
This may occur if you have registered your identifier on different environments like test and production.
Solution:
You can de-register the identifier on the other environment to proceed.

Go to the Registration form in the Accounting Entity Maintenance and proceed with the de-registration process.

Note: Ensure that the environment selected in web services gateway is correct. For example, if the error is about production, your environment setup must be production before proceeding with de-registration.
