Setting up shipment status maintenance

Shipment Status Maintenance is required to be set up prior to generation of eTransport reports.
  1. Select the Accounting Entity name with Sales Transport Documentation from the Subscriptions list.
  2. In the accordion panel, click Settings.
  3. Under Maintenance, select Shipment Status Maintenance from the list. Click Launch.
  4. In the Active column, select the applicable shipment status for transport document reporting.
  5. Click SAVE.
