Addenda Maintenance Setup

The Addenda Maintenance Setup form is a prerequisite of Addenda Default Code. It is also a prerequisite for PEPSICO where you must correctly specify the Addenda name, version, and the user-defined field that forms as the drop-down list in the Addenda Maintenance form.

  1. Select Electronic Sales Invoicing (Mexico) from the Subscriptions list.
  2. In the accordion panel, click Settings.
  3. Under Maintenance, select Addenda Maintenance Setup from the list. Click Launch.
  4. To add a record:
    1. Click the upper ADD button.
    2. Specify this information:
      Addenda Name
LSP delivers two addenda: one is specifically for PEPSICO and its addenda name must be specified as AddendaPCO and the other are generic addenda that are most likely to be used when the PAC is generating an invoice which contains information such as customer and supplier addresses and must be specified as Default Transformation 1 or Default Transformation 2.
      Version
Specify the version. For PEPSICO Addenda, specify 2.0 as version. For generic addenda, specify v1.
      Upload
You can upload your own XSLT addenda into the invoice. The XSLT must contain data elements listed in the standard Mexico addenda. A sample file is available to use as a template. See Infor Localization Services Platform Configuration and Administration Guide for more details.
      Note:

You must view the addenda in IDM to see the invoice containing your uploaded addenda. If you download from within LSP, you will only see the standard addenda node.

This is because the addenda is only required as part of the invoice sent to customers and not as part of the invoice registration with the PAC.

    3. Click SAVE.
The new record is added to the Addenda Maintenance Setup list.
  5. To modify the details of a record:
Note: You cannot modify a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.

    2. Specify the Addenda Name and Version.
    3. Click SAVE.
  6. To delete a record, select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance Setup list and click the upper DELETE button. Click SAVE.
The record is deleted from the Addenda Maintenance Setup list.
