Use this table to create a contact master:

Specify if the contact person is Inactive, Internal, or External, then specify the title, name, position, job description, owner's percentage, or shareholder's percentage. Note: If a Tax Representative or Signature Owner is required, these
should be entered.

Specify the complete address of the contact person. |
| Communication Details |
Specify the complete communication details of the contact person. |
| Identification Numbers | Click and in the Identification Numbers window, specify the identification type and identification number. |
Note: In Turkey, the Tax ID (Vergi Numarasi) is mandatory for registered companies. If the
Accounting Entity does not publish the Accounting Entity's tax ID, you can use this form to
specify the Accounting Entity's Tax ID. Specify Company as Title and Position then select
TaxIdentificationNumber as ID Type in Contact ID.
