Document types

The electronic accounting must be submitted in an XML file format. These are the electronic accounting books to be submitted:

• Charts of Accounts (Catalogo Cuentas)
• Trial Balance (Balanze Comprobancion)
• Journal Entries (Polizas Periodo)
• Journal Auxilliary (Auxilliar CTAS)

The Chart of Accounts book is submitted only initially and when there are modifications.

The Trial Balance book is submitted monthly. In the Output generation screen, you must specify whether the type of delivery is normal or complementary. This information is required in the output file to be submitted.
