Setting the Addenda details

You must set the Addenda name, version, and user-defined fields first before performing this task. For more information, see Addenda Maintenance Setup and dos1587631787953.html.
  1. Select Electronic Sales Invoicing (Mexico) from the Subscriptions list.
  2. In the accordion panel, click Settings.
  3. Under Maintenance, select Addenda Maintenance from the list. Click Launch.
  4. To add a record:
    1. Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list and click the lower ADD button.
    2. Specify this information:
      Details
      Select the Addenda details from the drop-down list.
      Value
      Specify the value.
    3. Click SAVE.
      The new record is added to the Addenda Details list.
  5. To modify the details of a record:
    Note: You cannot modify a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
    1. Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list.
    2. Select a line item from the Addenda Details list and click the lower MODIFY button.
    3. Specify this information:
      Details
      Select the Addenda details from the drop-down list.
      Value
      Specify the value.
    4. Click SAVE.
  6. To delete a record:
    Note: You cannot delete a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
    1. Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list.
    2. Select a line item from the Addenda Details list and click the lower DELETE button. Click SAVE.
    The record is deleted from the Addenda Details list.
