Financial Calendar Maintenance

The Financial Calendar Maintenance provides visibility of calendar information and enables users to create, modify, and view the Accounting Entity’s Financial Calendar. You can create the initial calender by publishing BODs from your ERP. Afterward, you will only be able to maintain the calendar here and it will no longer be possible to update through BOD.

Note: 
  • You must first set up the Accounting Entity before the calendar can be created, modified, or viewed.
  • If you do not use BODs in LSP, then you can create Accounting Entities as well as the Financial Calender here.
  1. Select the Accounting Entity name and service type from the Subscriptions list.
  2. In the accordion panel, click Settings > Service and Admin Settings.
  3. Under Subscription Preference, select Financial Calendar Maintenance from the list. Click Launch.
  4. Select the Financial Calendar Year from the list then, click Next.
    Note: You can add the required Financial Calendar Year if no option is available from the list.
    1. To add a Financial Calendar Year, specify the year required then click Next.
    2. Specify the No. of Period. Click Next.
    3. Specify the Year Start Date. Click SAVE.
  5. Click MODIFY to change the Year Start Date and the End Date. Click SAVE.
  6. Click DELETE to delete the selected Calendar Year and Period.
