Journal Report

Companies must keep the Journal Report in Chinese, foreign language, or both. The revised "Administrative Measures on Accounting Records" commenced on January 1, 2016 to further the use of information technology to manage accounting records, and also amend the regulations for record retention. Companies must keep Journal records for a period of 30 years.

Option Notes
Accounting Entity This field shows the accounting organization. The field is auto-populated according to the subscription or country selection.
Accounting Year Select the start/end dates of the financial year.
Accounting Period Select the start/end dates of the accounting period.
Currency Value Select Base or Report. Only one currency value at a time may be selected. The Currency Value used must be printed at the top of the report, together with the Currency Code.
Transaction Date Select a date range when transaction is entered.
Journal Number Select specific journal numbers of the transactions, or select all journal numbers by selecting the first (from) and last (to) reference from the list.
