Mapping translations
As part of the setup of the services for each Accounting Entity, you must map user codes held in your ERP to standard codes, which are recognized in a wider context. These codes could change over time. Refer to the official requirements for the latest information.
Translation tables are used to translate user data held in your ERP into standard data required in the generated submission.
Note: Some standard codes can
have thousands of items. Ensure that your system is set correctly so that all
the codes are visible. You can press to set a filter.
- Select the Accounting Entity name and service type from the Subscriptions list.
- In the accordion panel, click .
- Under Maintenance, select the specific code to be translated from the list. Click .

To add a new translation mapping:
- Click .

Specify this information based on the type of
maintenance.
- User Code
- Specify the code or maintenance type that you recognize as used within your own system.
- Description
- Optionally, provide a description for the code or maintenance type.
- Standard Code
- Select a code or maintenance type from the list. The Description field is automatically populated.

To modify an existing translation mapping:
- Select a User/Company element.
- Click .
- Update the information in the fields. Click .
- To delete a translation mapping, select a record from the Maintenance screen list and click .
- Click the icon.
