The Accounting Entity or the
Company’s information such as the position, address, and communication details can be
maintained in the Contact Masters Maintenance window. This information is used if the
Accounting Entity is not published from your ERP.

Select the Accounting Entity name and service type from the
Subscriptions list.

In the accordion panel, click .

Under Maintenance, select from the list. Click
Launch.

To create a new contact:

Click ADD.
-
Specify this information based on the subscription:
- Personal Information
-
Specify if the contact person is
Inactive,
Internal, or
External,
then specify the title, name, position, job description,
owner's percentage, or shareholder's percentage.
- Address Information
-
Specify the complete address of the
contact person.
- Communication Details
-
Specify the complete communication
details of the contact person.

Click SAVE.

To modify an existing contact:

Select a record from the Contacts Maintenance
list.

Click MODIFY.

Update the contact details and click SAVE.

To delete a contact, select a record from the Contact
Maintenance list and click DELETE.

Optionally, you can add, modify, or delete an identification
number of a contact record:

Select a record from the Contact Maintenance
list.

Click Contact ID.

In the Identification Numbers window, perform any of
these actions:

Click ADD to add another
identification record. Specify the identification type and
identification number. Select the Default check box to
display the Identification Type in the Personal Information
section.

Select a record and click MODIFY
to modify the identification details.

Select a record and click DEFAULT
to make the selected identification number the default
information.

Select a record and click DELETE
to remove a record.
Note: In Personal Information, the and fields are
automatically filled.

Click SAVE.

Click the Close icon.
