GL Transaction Report

The General Ledger report summarizes the financial transactions posted to the accounts defined in NSCOA. It has a detailed style and a summary style. The detailed style can be in either local currency or foreign currency, whereas the summary style is only in local currency.

Option	Notes
Accounting Entity	This field shows the accounting organization. The field is auto-populated according to the subscription or country selection.
Accounting Year	Select the start/end dates for the accounting year to be reported.
Accounting Period	Select the start/end dates for the accounting period to be reported.
Currency Value	Select Base or Report. Only one currency value at a time may be selected. The Currency Value used must be printed at the top of the report, together with the Currency Code.
Ledger Account	Select specific ledger accounts (GL Nominal account), or select all ledger accounts by selecting the first (from) and last (to) reference from the list.
