Accounts Payable Tax Report

A new Purchase and Sales Register (RCV) replaces the obligations to carry the Book of Purchases and Sales and to send the Electronic Purchasing and Sales Information to taxpayers who are authorized as electronic issuers.

Taxpayers who are not subject to the electronic invoicing system, or who issue other electronic tax documents that do not need to be sent to the Internal Revenue Service, such as tickets, vouchers or others, will be exempt from carrying the Book of Purchases and Sales, provided that the information relating to their sales and services rendered is supplemented in the Sales Registry by informing the corresponding Summaries.
