Document status
The document status shows the statuses of generated documents. The available column headers depend on the selected function.
This table shows the list of standard document status which differ by function:

| Abort | Transmissions to a given endpoint have failed due to incomplete set-up. | None | Contact your System Administrator. |
| Awaiting Confirmation | The file has been generated and submitted to a third party but not yet acknowledged. | None | |

| Closed & Completed | Output file has been processed. | Submission and Confirmation Window | |
| External Rejection | The file has been generated and transmitted but has failed Access Point checks. | Error Log | |
| Forwarded | The file has been forwarded to the Access Point, but it has not yet been accepted. | None | |
| Internal Validation Issues | The file has failed to generate due to validation errors. | Error Log | |
| In Progress | The file is currently being processed. | None | The file is locked to the user because it has not been generated. |
| Partially Accepted | The generated file is accepted but with errors. | Error Log | |
| Ready to Submit | The file has been generated and is now ready for submission. | None | The generated file can be downloaded. |
| Registered | The file has been accepted and acknowledged by the government. | Submission and Confirmation Window | The file has been successfully registered. |
| Rejected | Files that has already been submitted to the government but eventually rejected due to government validation errors. | Error log | |

| Third-Party not Responding | The file has not been accepted by the Access Point, or the Access point is not available. | None | |
