Statutory Reporting

This list shows the different Statutory reports which are available:

  • Accounts Receivable Tax Report

    Requirement for tax authorities to require periodic submission of invoice details for Accounts Receivable

  • Accounts Payable Tax Report

    Requirement for tax authorities to require periodic submission of invoice details for Accounts Payable

  • Journal Report

    Detailed account that records all financial transactions of a business and lists journals in a given time period, both for day-to-day accounting and also for audit control purposes

  • Trial Balance Report

    A list of closing balances of ledger accounts on a certain date and is the first step towards the preparation of financial statements

  • GL Transaction Report

    A summary or detailed view of transactions for specific accounts, which shows the opening balance, ending balance, and all the transactions for the period organized by account

  • Tax Delivery Confirmation

    An additional confirmation that is required typically for VAT-free deliveries as proof that goods have been received

  • Advance Invoice

    Payment made in advance by a customer before commencing work on a customer order, which is made through the issue of a proforma invoice for all or part of the sum due and done before issuing the goods or performing a service

  • Inventory Quantity and Value Balances Report

    A report that shows quantity on hand and stock cost for inventory items for a specific date

  • Inventory Turnover Report

    A report that shows Inventory transactions for a period or range of dates. This is to facilitate reconciliation between Inventory and the General Ledger, for audit purposes and good business practice.

  • Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report

    A trial balance report over Accounts Payable balances with this information: opening balance, period balance, period movements and closing balance per debit and credit

  • Accounts Receivable Trial Balance Report

    A trial balance report over Accounts Receivable balances with this information: opening balance, period balance, period movements and closing balance per debit and credit
