OneGate is a completely secured online application that is offered by the National Bank of Belgium to the declarers and can be accessed after a request for user name and a password or through an electronic certificate. This application enables companies to specify the data manually or to import data files in CSV or XML format.

Two additional fields are required starting with declarations for data relating to the month of January 2019 and, for those required to submit declarations on Intrastat dispatches to other EU Member States, namely: the country of origin of the goods dispatched; and a client’s VAT number in the member country of destination.
