Timed Jobs

You can set up the frequency or specify the date and time of submission of documents. See these sample settings:

In this example, we expect that all EnvioDTE v. 10 for Chile Test Company in the current date will automatically be submitted daily (every 24 hours) to the government portal beginning 01/21/2021 until 01/23/2021 within 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

To create your own settings for automatic document submission:

  1. Go to Settings > Service and Admin Settings.
  2. Under Admin settings, select Timed Jobs then click Launch.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select the Accounting Entity Name.
  5. Select your Output Type and click Continue.
  6. After reviewing the Timed Job Parameters, click Schedule.
  7. Specify this information in the schedule window:
    Recurrence
    Select Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Monthly Relative.
    Occurs Once At
    Select this check box if you want to perform the submission process once on a specific time and date.
    Occurs Every
    Select this check box if you want to perform the submission process repeatedly on a specific period of time.
    Start Date
    Specify the start date of submission in this format: mm/dd/yyyy.
    End Date
    Specify the end date of submission in this format: mm/dd/yyyy.
  8. Click OK.

    The created job is automatically added to the Timed Jobs List

    Note: All scheduled Jobs that were successfully executed/generated is not displayed in the Timed Job List window unless the NextStartDate is set.
