Adding Group Authorizations

Access to the created Logical Folder needs to be given to the LSP roles, LCLLSP-StdAdmin and LCLLSP-StdUser.

1. Start LSP using the WebClient URL provided by Infor at time of provisioning.
2. On the menu bar, select Form > Open > Groups.
3. Select Filter In Place or press F4, to enter the records.
4. Repeat the steps below for both LCLLSP-StdAdmin and LCLLSP-StdUser:
   Note: If these settings already exist, amend the existing details instead of creating new settings.
   1. Select the group.
   2. Click Group Authorizations.
   3. In the new form, select File Server in the Object Type list.
   4. Create a new record and specify this information:

      Object name

      Select the created Logical Folder: LCL_ProprietaryDocument.

      1. The appropriate privileges are granted automatically.
      2. Save the record.
      3. Return to previous form.
   5. Repeat the steps for the second role.
