Configuring IDM for cloud deployments

Integration to Infor Document Management is part of the cloud provisioning and is ready to use for LSP versions 2021.03 and up. If your tenant was created prior to March 2021, you must perform the configurations on the succeeding sections.

Some amount of work is done as part of provisioning, for example, the IDM authentication. To setup the integration to IDM, perform these steps:

Manually import the document type into IDM, which is used by LSP to archive proprietary documents. See the Infor Document Management User Guide for instructions on how to import the document type.
Configure the file server to be used to hold documents and reports.

Note: Some of these steps may need to be performed by your bootstrap user, for example, finding the user details in IFS and updating the group forms.
