Connectivity troubleshooting
This table lists the connectivity errors and the required fixes.

| Not Transmitted | INVALID_SECURITY_USER | Re-enter the correct credentials in the ION API Credentials form. |
| Not Transmitted | INVALID_REQUEST_SIGNATURE | Re-enter the correct credentials in the ION API Credentials form. |
| Not Transmitted | The message has been sent to the third-party but the third-party was unable to accept it. The third-party may be temporarily unavailable. | Re-enter the correct credentials in the ION API Credentials
form. Check if cryptography is installed. Check if the signing host in the database is the same as the expected port number. For example, http://localhost:8080/. |
