Configuring the Bids widget

To configure the Bids widget:

  1. Click on the Bids widget screen and select Configure. The Configure Widget screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Company
    The company code.
    Note: By default, the value is retrieved from the LN User Data (ttaad2500m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can select a company from the list of companies retrieved from the Companies (ttaad1100m000) session in Infor LN. The list includes only the companies that are associated with logistics.
    Sales Office
    The sales office code. You can select a sales office from the list provided in the Departments (tcmcs0560m000) session in LN.
    Internal Sales Representative
    The internal sales representative code. Bids widget considers the code of the logged-on user as the default internal sales representative. You can also select this value from the list created in the Employees (tccom0501m000) session in LN.
    Include for Context Selection
    Select this check box to apply the filters selected in the Selection widget.
    Note: This check box is visible only if this widget is added in the homepage along with the Selection widget.
  3. Click OK to save.
