Project Activity Budget

Prerequisite

You must execute the Monitoring – Build Actual Cost Control session in Infor LN.

The Project Activity Budget bar chart is displayed based on the actual cost incurred during the project execution of the Project Activity. You can view the total number of projects activities that progressed within the allocated budget and the total number of projects that exceeded the allocated budget. The parameter settings in the Project Accounting Parameters (tpppc0500s000) session is applied to retrieve the data.

On the widget, you can select the budget category. Possible values:

• Activity Budget: The aggregated amount is displayed for the project activities.
• Cost Type Budget: The aggregated amount is displayed for the Cost Type such as Materials, Labor, Equipment, Subcontracting, Sundry Costs, and Overhead.

This status is displayed for the project activity budget:

• In Budget – The progress of the activities within the allowed budget.
• Overrun – The progress of the activities exceeding the allowed budget.
