Net Sales Invoiced

The Net Sales Invoiced widget enables the user to view the graphical representation of consolidated revenue, attained during the current and previous periods. This graphical representation is based on the values specified in Customer, Sales Office, and Company fields.

By default, the widget displays the graph based on the data from Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can use the Configure Widget screen to configure the Customer, Sales Office, and Company fields to retrieve specific data. See Configuring the Net Sales Invoiced widget You must select Refresh Data on the Menu icon (configure) to refresh and synchronize data from Infor LN.

On the header, you can view the name of the Sales Office and Customer as specified on the Configure Widget screen.

In the widget, you can:
  • Click the name of the customer to view the configuration details.
  • Click dropdown to set the period for which the graph is displayed. Widget displays a
    • Line graph for Year to Date option.
    • Bar graph for other options.

The widget displays the graph based on the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session in Infor LN for the configured settings. The line and bar graph consider the combined revenue of Printed and Posted invoices for Manual Sales, Contract, and Sales Order origins.

In widget, the line chart is used to compare the current and previous year revenue. However, the bar graph is used to compare the revenue of current period with previous four periods. The X-Axis and Y-Axis indicates the Period and Data Point (Revenue), respectively. You can place the pointer over the chart to view the total revenue amount in the local currency.
