Supplier Rating

The Supplier Rating widget displays the list of suppliers and the items produced by each supplier. This widget displays the overall rating of each supplier alongwith the trend and rating of supplier products to determine the performance of the supplier for the current period.
The trend and rating of the supplier products are calculated based on the objective criteria specified in the respective LN sessions. The graph is displayed based on the objective criteria as specified in Infor LN. Available objective criteria in this widget are:
  • Quality
  • Quantity
  • Delivery as On Time Delivery
  • Cost Performance as Price

By default, the widget displays the supplier list based on the Company, Site, Purchase Office and, Buyer data from Purchase User Profiles (tdpur0143m000) session in Infor LN. However, you can use the Configure Widget screen to configure the Company, Site, Purchase Office and Buyer field to retrieve the specific data. See Configuring the Supplier Rating widget

You can click dropdown to sort the list of suppliers in the ascending or desending order based on the rating. Possible values:
  • Overall Score
  • Trend

On the search bar, you can search for a supplier using the supplier code or description.

The supplier record in the list includes the details such as Supplier Name, Supplier Code, Trend indicator, and Overall Supplier Rating score.

These color codes indicate the score range:
  • Green color: Indicates the score range between 80-100
  • Yellow color: Indicates the score rangs between 60-79
  • Red color: Indicates the score is less than or equal to 59

You must click on the supplier record to view the list of items. The details such as Item Name, Item Code, Trend indicator, Item Supplier Overall Rating score are displayed for each item record. The Trend is calculated based on the rating for the current and previous period as defined in LN. However, the Trend is displayed as N.A. (Not Applicable), if the rating is not available for the current period.

Click the item record to view the graph representing the performance of the item. The graph is displayed based on the objective criteria associated with the item.
Note: In this widget, you can:
  • Modify the value of Period field in the widget.
  • View the bar graph, only if the Period is set to Month to Date and a line graph is displayed when the Period is set to other options.

You can rest the pointer over the data points on the graph to view the score details.

These color codes indicate the Trend:
  • Green color: Indicates growing trend of the product.
  • Red color: Indicates the declining trend of the product.
