Alerts

The Alerts widget displays the purchase contracts for the selected financial and logistic company. The graphical representation of the alert exception message related to the items and resources of the purchase contracts is displayed.

Note: If the value of the alert is low, the planner must prioritise resolving the issue.

The representation displays the exception messages with the reference date and priority level to resolve the issue.

In the widget, you can view:
  • The Y axis that represents the Priority.
  • The X axis that represents the Reference Date.
  • The details of item and the exception message are displayed.
  • The item related message alert, such as reschedule in, cancel, item error, item supplier error.

The widget retrieves information from the Exception Messages by the Planner (cprao1120m000) session and Exception Messages by Planner and Item (cprao1125m000) session in Infor LN.
