Expiring Purchase Contracts

The Expiring Purchase Contracts widget displays the count purchase contracts that are expired for the selected financial and logistic company.

The Expiring Purchase Contracts widget displays the number of purchase contract orders that are expired and the purchase contracts that are yet to be expired. The Expiring Purchase Contracts widget enables a supply chain planner to view the expire purchase contracts. The User must be specified for an employee in the Employees-General (tccom0101m000) session to view the data. The planner is assigned at the user level in the widget.

The graphical representation of the purchase contracts that are expired is displayed. You can click the donut chart to drillback to Purchase Contracts (tdpur3600m000) session in Infor LN. The number of expired purchase contracts is displayed in the centre of the donut chart. Possible values:
  • Past: The purchase contracts that have expired. The grey colour indicates that the data is displayed for the date prior to the current date.
  • Today: This displays the expiring purchase contracts for the current date. The red colour indicates that the data is displayed for the current date.
  • Later: This displays the expiring purchase contracts after 7 days from the current date. The yellow colour indicates that the data is displayed for the later days from the current date.
  • Next +7 Days: This displays the expiring purchase contracts for the next 7 days. The orange colour indicates that the data is displayed for the next six days from the current date.
