Purchase Contract Lines

The Purchase Contract Lines widget displays the purchase contract lines for which the expiry date is set to a date in the past and for which the expiry date is set to the current date in the Purchase Contracts (tdpur8330m000) session.

The widget also displays open purchase contract lines. The information displayed at the center of the Donut chart represents the total amount. Place the pointer on the Donut chart to view the number of purchase contract lines and value represented by the arc. The amounts are displayed in the local currency of the Purchase Office.

In the Legend, you can view the purchase contract lines that are:
  • Open: Represented in Green color.
  • Expiry Today: Represented in Orange color.
  • Past Expiry: Represented in Red color.
  • Expiry < days: Represented in Yellow color.

The number of purchase contract lines represented by each color is also displayed outside the Donut chart.

Click the Donut chart or the Legend to access the Purchase Contracts (tdpur8330m000) session and view the data based on the widget settings.

Click the chart or the Legend filters / list values to access the Purchase Contracts (tdpur8330m000) session and view the data based on the widget settings.

Purchase Contracts are filtered based on either the Purchase Office or the Buyer, or both. By default, this widget considers the Purchase Office and the Buyer specified in the Purchase User Profiles (tdpur0143m000) session.

If the user profile is not maintained at LN, it is required to specify these details in the Widget Configure settings, else an error message is displayed.
