The formula for availability:
Availability = Runtime/Planned production time
Runtime = Machine Hours
Planned Production time = Planned Finish Time - Planned start time
The formula for performance:
Performance = (Ideal Cycle Time × Total Count) / Run Time
Ideal Cycle time = Cycle time
Total Count = Production order quantity
Runtime = Machine Hours
The formula for quality:
Quality = Good Count / Total Count
Good count = Quantity Delivered
Total Count = Quantity Ordered
The widget retrieves information from the Production Orders (tisfc0101m100) session in Infor LN to calculate the status of the production order. The widget displays a graphical representation of the data based on the selected period in the Selection window and the status of production orders.
- View the Company name.
- View the configuration details.
- Click Company name to view the configuration details of the widget.
- Click to modify the period.Note: A pie chart displays the status of inspection orders for a fiscal year if the YTD option is selected. A bar chart displays the order status from the selected month to the current month, if the MTD option is selected.
- Rest the pointer on the graph to view the exact value.
