Inventory Aging
The widget lists all the items available in a warehouse or site or a company. You must select an item to view the aging period of the item. The age of the item is pictorially represented as a bar chart. You can use the
screen to modify the settings.The widget retrieves and displays the data based on the Warehouse which is defaulted in the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1140s000) session in Infor LN. You must configure the widget if default Warehouse is not available.
You must select
on the Menu ( ) to refresh and synchronize data from Infor LN.- Search an item using the Item ID and Item description.
- Click the Warehouse description to view the widget configuration.

The details of the items are retrieved from the Inventory Receipt Transactions (whina1512m000) session in Infor LN. The list of items displayed in the widget is based on the Reference Date, Minimum Storage Time without Consumption, Period and Number of {Period} fields which are configured on the Configure Widget screen.
The widget displays the list of inventoried items. In the list, each record displays the item code, item description and aged quantity. While scrolling, the new set of existing records are retrieved from Infor LN and displayed on the widget.
You can click to drill back to the Infor LN session. The Inventory Receipt Transactions (whina1512m000) session in Infor LN is displayed.
On the header you can view the code and description of the item. You can use these options:
: View the previous item record.
: View the next item record.
: Drill back to the Infor LN session.
: Close the window. The application displays the widget.
You can view the details of Total Aged Quantity, Warehouse, Site, Reference Date. The bar chart is used to represent the inventory aging of an item for the specific period. You can rest the pointer on the bar graph to view the inventory aging details of the item.
Color Code on the graph
These color codes are used to indicate the total quantity:
Red: Indicates the Aged on Hand value
Blue: Indicates the On Hand value
The Red bars indicate the total quantity of items that are in stock for a duration which is more than the value specified in the Minimum Storage Time without Consumption field. These items are Aged as the items are in hand (stock) for a long period without consumption. The Blue bars indicate the quantity of items that are in stock within the value specified in the Minimum Storage Time without Consumption field.
