Capacity Utilization

The Capacity Utilization widget enables the user to scrutinize total storage capacity of warehouse and the utilization of the warehouse location. This banner widget is displayed on the LN Inventory Manager page.
A graphical representation (bar chart) is used to represent the total capacity available for storage (Remaining Capacity) and the capacity used for storage (Utilized Capacity). The total capacity of a warehouse is calculated by adding the capacity of the pick location and bulk location that are designed in Infor LN for the selected warehouse.
Note: The location that have infinite capacity are not considered. The Infinite Capacity check box is selected in the Warehouse – Locations (whwmd3500m000 / 3100s000) session.

On the widget, you can view the warehouse description, the bar chart, and the legend. The widget can be configured on the Widget Configure screen.

You can select Refresh Data from the Menu (configure ) to refresh and synchronize data from Infor LN.

You can click on the Warehouse description to view the details of the widget configuration on the screen.

The bar chart represents the total capacity of the warehouse (Remaining Capacity + Utilized Capacity) for the physical warehouse units such as, Weight, Volume, Units, and Floor Space specified in Warehouse-Location Capacity (whwmd3101s000) session of Infor LN.
Note: The Units are not included in the graph if the multiple locations uses different units to measure the stored inventory.

Color Code on the graph

These color codes are used to indicate the storage capacity:

Red: Indicates the utilized capacity.

Green: Indicates the available capacity.

You can rest the pointer on the bar to view the actual value of the storage capacity.
