Bank balances
The Bank balances widget displays the summary of consolidated bank
balance of all the sub companies that are created for the group company monthly or yearly.
Bank balances of all the sub-companies belongs to that group company are shown in a
table.
The widget retrieves information from the Taxonomy(tfgld1670m000) session in Infor LN to determine the summary of the cash and bank balance entries for each month or year.The widget displays a graphical representation of the summary of Bank Balances data based on the selected period in the Selection window. The bank balance summary is displayed as a column chart including taxonomy and account information. The sub companies bank balances are also displayed in a table.
On the widget, you can:
- View the Company name.
- View the configuration details.Note: If the selected company is Group Company it shows the combined details of all the sub company under it,
- Click Company name to view the selection details of the
widget.Note: You can click hyperlink to view the details about all the sub-companies.
- Click to modify the period.Note: A bar chart displays the summary of Movement and Balance, month wise for the selected month to the current month if the YTD option is selected. A bar chart displays the summary of Movement and Balance for the selected month of selected year to same month of the previous year. if the MTD option is selected. We will call Month Total as Movement and Corresponding YTD total as Balance.
