Expected Inventory Supply

The Expected Inventory Supply widget enables the user to view the expected availability of the inventory supply for the warehouse(s) linked to the site or company during a specific period.

You can use the Configure Widget screen to modify the settings.

The widget lists all the items with the expected receipt quantities for the configured warehouse(s), site or company.

The widget retrieves the information from Planned Inventory Transactions (whinp1500m000) sessions in Infor LN to calculate the expected inventory supply. The widget considers the planned inventory inbound transactions originating from the purchase orders, production orders, purchase schedule, sales order, sales schedule, assembly order, warehouse order, PRP warehouse order, warehouse assembly order, warehouse transfers, warehouse transfers (manual), warehouse transfers (distribution), production schedule, and project. The items with the expected receipts that are due in the past and future are included to the list. However, receipts of the defective items are not considered. The quantities of the items are expressed in the units as defined in the Infor LN.

On the widget header, you can:
  • Search for an item using the Item Code or Description.
  • Click the name of the Warehouse or Site, or Company to view the details of the widget configuration.
  • Click dropdown icon to sort the list. The list of the items is displayed based on the expect inventory quantity if the Expected Inventory Supply is selected. You can view the records in the alphabetical order if Alphabetical is selected.

In the list, each item record displays the Item Code, Item Description, and the expected inventory supply of the item in units, warehouse, and site for a specific period. You can scroll to retrieve and view the new set of existing records from Infor LN.

You can click drill down to drill back to the Infor LN session. The Planned Inventory Transactions (whinp1500m000) session in Infor LN is displayed.
